A leading insurance organisation in the Rotterdam region is seeking an experienced Interim Manager Business Change. The organization operates in a dynamic market and is focused on digital transformation, process optimization, and strategic change.
Assignment
As Interim Manager Business Change, you play a crucial role in guiding and implementing change within the organization. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to structure and successfully execute programs and transformation projects. You report directly to the Executive Board.
- Develop and implement change strategies aligned with the organisation’s objectives;
- Lead the team and ensure optimal structure and organisation; provide recommendations to the Executive Board;
- Manage a wide range of business change initiatives, including process improvements, growth acceleration efforts, operational excellence, AI adoption, and sustainability initiatives;
- Oversee stakeholder management at various levels, including executive leadership and operational teams;
- Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions;
- Ensure smooth transitions and the adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.
Profile
- For this assignment, we are looking for an experienced interim professional with:
- Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or Program Manager;
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, program management, communication, and change management;
- A hands-on mentality and the ability to bring structure to complex change processes.
