Assignment
- Manages a team of 10 employees;
- Responsible for monthly and annual closings;
- Prepares the annual financial statements and manages the audit process;
- Conducts financial analyses and reporting;
- Responsible for VAT and corporate income tax (CIT) filings;
- Reports to the CFO and is a member of the Finance management team;
- Advises the CFO and/or management on financial-administrative matters;
- Works closely with Business Control, Finance Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless alignment between operations and financial administration—preferably through advanced systems;
- A key assignment will be to further optimize the team structure, processes, and systems, including leveraging AI capabilities.
Profile
- Strong conceptual thinker with solid experience and knowledge of IFRS;
- Holds a Master’s degree, preferably with a RA (Chartered Accountant) designation;
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in professional services;
- Accurate, decisive, and innovative;
- A strong people manager, organizationally savvy, and enjoys dynamic environments;
- A pleasant, enthusiastic colleague.
