Assignment
For this internationally active company with a strong brand portfolio, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will play a key role and take on significant responsibilities.
As Finance Manager, you will lead the Finance team and be responsible for financial administration, reporting, cash flow management, and optimizing financial processes. You will work closely with management and contribute to strategic decisions, growth opportunities, and post-acquisition integration. This role offers a solid growth path toward a position on the executive team.
- Leading the Finance team;
- Preparing and analyzing monthly figures, internal and external reports by project and for the organization;
- Preparing annual accounts (in collaboration with external accountants where relevant) and managing external audits;
- Handling tax filings;
- Preparing, drafting, and monitoring budgets and forecasts;
- Managing liquidity forecasts and cash management;
- Acting as a business partner to the Management Team.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics;
- At least 7 years of experience in a relevant role;
- A connector with strong communication skills;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a “can-do” attitude;
- Experience with reporting, budgeting, and process optimization;
- Leadership qualities and a hands-on mentality;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools;
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical capabilities;
- Knowledge of Navision and experience with private equity or acquisitions is a plus;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
