For an internationally operating online company owned by a Dutch private equity firm, we are looking for a Finance Manager who reports directly to the Group CFO.
Assignment
- Responsible for the monthly financial and management reports to headquarters;
- Financial sparring partner for the Management Team;
- Analyzing results, preparing business cases, identifying risks, and adjusting where possible;
- Challenging the business;
- Supporting the transition to a newly established Shared Service Center abroad;
- Co-responsible for the Year-End Closing and maintaining relationships with the external auditor and tax authorities.
Profile
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Accountancy, or Business Administration;
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial roles (e.g., reporting, business control);
- Experience in commercial organizations, preferably online, trading, or sales-driven companies;
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues;
- Knowledge of and experience with change processes and improvement projects.
