Position
The Chief Financial Officer is a core member of the executive team and a key counterpart to the CEO, Board and shareholders. The CFO drives financial performance, transparency and control, and plays a central role in value creation, strategic decision-making and organisational transformation.
- Strategic sparring partner to CEO, Board and shareholders;
- Ownership of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance management;
- Full responsibility for reporting, cash flow, controls, audit and compliance;
- Translation of strategy into measurable KPIs and value-creation initiatives;
- Support of operational leadership with rigorous financial insight;
- Leadership of finance transformation, systems and data improvement;
- Building a strong, scalable finance organisation.
Profile
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in PE-backed or investor-driven environments;
- Strong track record in operationally complex, multi-site organisations;
- Hands-on, analytical and execution-oriented;
- Credible at board and shareholder level;
- Experience with change, scaling and professionalisation;
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
