The organisation employs nearly 100 people, is strongly R&D-driven, and operates from multiple European locations. The company combines engineering excellence with scalable manufacturing and is currently in a phase of accelerated professionalisation and value creation.
Position
The CFO has overall responsibility for Finance and, together with the CEO, forms the core leadership of the business. The focus of the role is on establishing a PE-ready finance function, strengthening reporting and management information, and actively supporting growth, margin improvement, and strategic transactions.
- Establishing and further professionalising Finance, Control, and Reporting;
- Developing clear management and board reporting (PE standards);
- Leading, coaching, and developing the finance team;
- Financial oversight of procurement, cost price control, and pricing;
- Supporting M&A activities, post-acquisition integrations, and strategic initiatives;
- Acting as a proactive sparring partner to the CEO and shareholders with a focus on value creation.
Profile
- Experienced CFO or Finance Director within an industrial or technical (PE-backed) environment;
- Strong background in reporting, business control, and performance management;
- Experience with pricing, procurement, and preferably M&A;
- Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven;
- Comfortable operating in an international and dynamic environment.
