Assignment

As an Associate Partner at Bridgewell, you are fully autonomous and responsible for your own practice within your chosen specialisations. You are not restricted by geography, language or market. Relationships and deep market knowledge are at the heart of your service delivery. We focus on long-term, trust-based relationships, with integrity as a core principle.

  • Repeat business is highly important to us and is the natural result of excellent service and a long-term approach.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Actively developing and expanding your own network of clients and candidates;
  • Planning, coordinating and executing search assignments;
  • Advising clients on the most effective and successful tailored search strategies;
  • Holding regular client meetings;
  • Contributing to job marketing and labour market communication campaigns;
  • Interviewing, assessing and presenting candidates to clients;
  • Acting as a sparring partner and trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Profile

  • At least 5 years’ professional experience with organisations of strong reputation;
  • Experience within a professional and well-regarded executive search or recruitment firm (interim or permanent) is a strong advantage, but not essential;
  • High level of integrity and discretion;
  • Consultative sales approach: persuasive through expertise and insight rather than aggressive selling; able to influence and demonstrate perseverance;
  • A relevant and well-maintained professional network;
  • Action- and results-oriented; proactive, assertive, energetic and service-focused;
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Sense of humour, flair and strong time management skills.
