Assignment

  • Provide financial support to regional supply chain operations
  • Involved with the development and improvement of processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, variance analysis, annual budget, periodic forecasts
  • Develop and distribute business unit and/or department reporting and convene review meetings
  • Complete financial reviews
  • Ensure usefulness of operational and sub-system reports
  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve business efficiency, and financial and operational performance
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions
  • Lead analyses of net present value (NPV), return on investment (ROI) and profit loss (P&L)
  • Conduct research, create financial models, and define appropriate financial and operational measures
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations for improvement to senior management
  • Review new business proposals and identify issues, risk and opportunities
  • Support business unit allocation reporting and master price list creation
  • Intense involvement in the allocation process and results
  • Work with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes
  • Coach, direct and lead the team in order to achieve business results
  • Possible involvement with the development and implementation of related training programs
  • Possibly participating in or lead disuccsions with external or internal relations

Profile

Must haves:

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree
  • Min. 7 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning
  • Experienced with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in providing recommendations to decision makers
  • Project management experience

Required skills:

  • Able to develop and maintain working relationships
  • Good presentation and communication (oral and writing) skills
  • Strong business analysis skills; notice of implications, and provide recommendations and solutions
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Able to quickly identify and organize information to evaluate new business situations
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Good leading and organization skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage projects
  • Fluent in English
