Assignment

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in existing and emerging markets
  • Central escalation point for all invoicing related issues
  • Take ownership of all exceptions to the standard process
  • Proactive/Effective communication and relationship building with
    business partners company wide
  • Generate Scalable solutions driving initiative and projects
  • Increase growth of company
  • Improving cycle times on all Invoicing related processes
  • Together with the Financial Services Manager develop new regional
    invoicing methods based on the needs of the appointed area such as
    seasonality, economic conditions, available payment methods or
    other factors;
  • Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities
    for improvement
  • Develop and maintain the business relationship with our
    business partners and clients
  • Develop and deliver quality reporting through the effective use
    of IT resources
  • Create Best Practice and share with Peers
  • Create a out of the box mind set to improve customer payment behavior
  • Is owner of Key Performance Indicators like Accuracy
    of invoicing, Delivery times
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and applicable
    governmental regulations.
  • Liaise with peers and CTB across the business to create successful roll outs

  • Advanced ability to proactively drive the assigned projects and reach the
    preset objectives.
  • Advanced communication and transversal management skills.
  • Advanced ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions
    and strategy.
  • Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data
    requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

  • Facilitate and practice security and confidentiality of information.
  • Thorough knowledge PC software applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Audit and internal control issues.
