Bridgewell was named one of the best executive search firms in the Netherlands in 2020, just as it has been for the past six years, according to the MT1000 survey conducted by MT/Sprout (formerly Management Team) on the best service providers in the Netherlands. In 2020, we were ranked the 3rd best executive search organisation.
Finance Specialist
After being the highest new entrant in 2016 at position 10, Bridgewell has consistently maintained a top-7 position in the overall ranking of all executive search firms in the Netherlands. We have also consistently held the highest ranking as a finance specialist. We are particularly proud that Bridgewell continues to score so highly with a very demanding target audience, especially during a time of scarcity in the (executive) labor market.
The MT1000 survey is based on a questionnaire among MT/Sprout readers and reflects a combination of qualitative criteria and market share. According to the study, Bridgewell holds a 6% market share of the total search market. We are, of course, extremely proud of this achievement and the upward trend we are seeing.
