• Perform timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and our clients Headquarters
• Liaise with auditors for different types of audits
• Liaise with other departments (e.g. Risk) for data requirements for reporting
• Prepare/review account reconciliations
• Participate in the monthly/quarterly closing process
• Support the Finance Department for ad hoc questions
• Implement new reporting requirements in systems, processes if any
• Document the processes in standard operating procedures
• Drive process improvements in accounting processes and participate in different initiatives around this
• Take process ownership for several accounting cycles for both IFRS as US GAAP and perform reconciliation
  between statutory and US GAAP numbers
• Assist in STAT reporting preparation

• 6+ years of financial background within financial accounting
• University level or Business School/HEAO (Business Economics, Banking/Insurance)
• IFRS/Dutch GAAP knowledge
• Experienced with Financial Systems
• Accuracy, accountability and unquestionable integrity
• Critical, creative thinker and problem solver
• High-energy, self motivated, hands-on individual with analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across functions and levels
• Excel proficiency
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Work location Randstad with limited travel
• Banking experience
