• Is responsible for the financial planning and control cycle
• Is responsible for the coordination of the divisions Monthly
  End Closing / Consolidation processes
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting and analysis
• Serves as central contact point for general accounting issues and follow-up
• Managing the teams of financial analysts and business analysts  
• Is responsible for the supervision, coaching, training and MD of the team
• Liaises with Corporate Control and Business

• University degree in Business Administration
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, background in global
  consolidation & reporting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively
  from a global perspective
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong team player with a genuine drive for continues step-by-step
  improvement
• The ability to lead (international) teams and global (planning) processes,
  but with a hands-on approach
• Mature personality, flexible, high drive and energy level
